Business Head - B2B

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Business Head (B2B). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the regional Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) to drive sales and foster growth in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives, establishing strong corporate partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of regional Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs).

- Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

Business Development:

- Formulate and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share and revenue in the B2B segment.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.

Corporate Tie-Ups:

- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate entities to expand the company's footprint in the B2B space.

- Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Sales Growth:

- Set ambitious sales targets and work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed them.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Utilize insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the B2B market.

Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Address client concerns promptly and work towards long-term partnerships.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities.

- Analyze data to derive actionable insights and make informed decisions.
