RAMINFO - Operations Head - Healthcare

- Conceptualize, create, and manage operational integration of the program with the key project deliverables.

- Create and drive review mechanisms within the project scope to drive result orientation, gap identification, and implementation focus.

- Create a strategy for end to end delivery of project goals with input from the Program Lead and Monitoring and Evaluation Lead.

- Analyzing improvement area in coordination with data analyst and ensure implementation.

- Coordinate day to day with field teams for the adoption of potentially better practices.

- Support field team in trouble shooting in coordination with concerned government/facility authority.

- Review visit plan of the team and analyze productivity.

- Conduct weekly/fortnightly/monthly review meetings to monitor progress.

- Oversee and ensure e- Sub centre Telemedicine project is implemented in line with government requirements and in accordance with project policies and provisions and compliance requirements. Follow the direction of project management unit and the relevant advisors at HQ regarding quality, strategy and technical guidelines.

- Manage team performance across the project area and ensure various report submission on time.

- Lead the project team consisting of project manager and finance manager and support functions and efforts of the E Sub-centre Telemedicine project

Convene all high level committee meetings and will be accountable for follow-up actions.

- Manage all aspects of project implementation including capacity-building, advocacy, operations, communications and monitoring, and will also liaise with donor and independent research partners.

- Draft policy documents, briefs and other strategic papers/materials for use in the development and presentation of innovative and coherent policy and programmatic positions

- Write and assist preparation of reports to ensure quality, timeliness, compliance with requirements as per established rules, regulations,

- Regularly assess the annual work plans, monitor progress on the achievement of goals and targets, and present to the PMU or its designated representative.
