Position: Business Development & Operations Manager
Location: Hyderabad and Kolkata (North East States)
Marketing and Business Development - e-Governance business
- Pre-sales experience as consulting with Government Department officials and converts the leads in to Business Development
- Understanding the approach of Government department and new leads to be generated for Organization
- Understand organization technical qualifications and based creating a tender / RFP / Bid as per the requirement of department and follow-up
- Tender Process Management/Bid Management
- Having experience worked in multiple verticals based organizations Like, IT ITES, Software development, Hardware procurement, supplies, education, Fintech, Energy, E-Governance and Agritech Verticals
- RFP/RFQ/EOI response studies and analyze the organization eligibility and provide internal inputs
- Knowledge of bid analysis before and after bidding
- Identification of Vendors & partner companies
- Liasoning With Government Department for operations, bidding, RFP floating etc
- Closely communicate with state coordinators and internal departments
- Field Visits for Marketing, Business Development and Operations
- Expertise in Business Development, Project Management and Operations
- Billing and Collection of Payments
- Worked in Projects from Design, develop, execution, operations, billing and realization of Payments
- Preparation of Cost / Budget / Cash Flow sheets as per scope of RFP
- Understanding of scope and accordingly execute the projects and achieve the SLAs
Duties and responsibilities :
- Working in teams and understand the requirements
- Coordinate with Government and getting the convert the leads into orders
- Selecting of Vendors and Release of Purchase orders to partners
- Getting Quotes from the field for any installation, Maintenance and other works as per the requirements of projects
- knows and understands the requirements of Management's contract including, development of contract requirements, bonds fees, schedules, and costs.
- Costing /Budgeting of Tender
Project Administration :
- Bid Analysis, submission of bids, follow up
- Responsible for Project administration and daily operations. Prepares and maintain the project schedule, milestone dates, installation, testing and commissioning
- Establishes relationships, Liasoning, as needed, with suppliers and other key people in the field
- Resources Management, finding out better resources for projects
- Manage the field manpower and their issues
- Ensure the accurate periodic billing to the end client and ensure the vendor billing, certifying and getting it accounted in the books
- Ensure timely collections from the end client and payments to the vendor partners
- Ensure compliance of statutory obligation by the vendor partner and documented with company
Qualifications :
- MBA in Marketing /Operations
- 5 Plus years of experience Execution and implementation of the Government Projects, Policy frame works, Project management in e-Gov sector and Liasoning with govt Departments.
- 3 Plus Years of Experience in Marketings /RFP/Tendering/Presales
- Excellent organizational and decision making/problem solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information
- Proficient in Preparation of Technical Presentations for client submissions
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
