RAMINFO - Manager - Accounts & Finance

JOB description for Manager Accounts & Finance :

- Should be able to close the books of accounts on a quarterly basis as per the formalities of stock exchange independently

- Accounting of all the payables and receivables with due diligence Accounting Handle the vender and customer accounts reconciliation as per the set norms

- Maintain Zero open lines of the bank reconciliation and providing the periodic bank reconciliations

- Reviewing of the TDS receivables and payables

- Expert in GST and Income Tax

- Operating the financials as per the applicable statutes

- Coordinating with the legal/tax professional in resolving the issues

- Process the monthly payroll payout as per the set process

- Review the GLs and trial balance from time to time

- Proper documentation and filing of the transactions in an easy accessible manner

- Coordinating with our bankers for resolving the issues if any and vice versa.

Requirements and skills : Work experience as an Accountant Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures Hands-on experience with accounting software like, Focus Advanced Computer skills like MS word, Excel.
