RAMINFO Ltd is looking for a Head - HR & Admin Position to join our growing HR team. The appointed Head -HR & Admin needs to work closely with HR, office team, Needs to support management to create, structure, and implement HR programs and practices, Organization is expecting that appointed HR & Admin - Manager should create a differentiated employee experience and reach the business goals.
As a Head - HR & Admin, you need to show your skills, initiate, organize and drive staff through your domain
Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR operations and Employee Relations.
- Handle Good public relations
- Implement new policies/existing policies, office procedures, and programs in support of our core Business
- Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and coordinate with the HR team
- Conduct necessary investigations while any HR/Office staff issues arise
- Create and prepare a staff-oriented culture scorecard with analysis and insights for rigorous measurement to demonstrate tangible evidence of improvement and progress.
- Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, including- analyzing Exit interview, observing trends and highlighting important aspects, preparing and publish dashboards
- Drive engagement initiatives like - New staff hiring/ mentoring program, Voice of Employee, Round tables and Brown Bag session and R&Rs etc.
- Promote alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and perspective, demonstrate common process and consistent messaging.
- Guide department managers on management capabilities/Decisions.
- Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and peoples' ask
- Assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale
- Partner with expertise centres to tackle business problems and to executive on corporate-wide talent initiatives
- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes
- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyse trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives
- Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies, actions comply to Statutory regulations by government / non-government bodies. Manage, Own and Maintain all communication and records required for Statutory compliances
- Own/formulate HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
- Weekly/Monthly follow-up of staff attendance, identify any annoying issues to bring to notice of management and clearing staff queries on measured time.
- Timely alert/continuous monitory on decisions made between Employer and Employee which should not affect organisation credibility
Minimum Educational Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent Qualification
Minimum skill Experience required
- 12+ years working experience fast phased start-up
- Exposure to multi-state and international employment laws, State Labour laws, statutory compliances etc.
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management
- Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
- Should have handled HR function Independently in previous organization
- Should have good communication skill and maintained Good Public relation in all aspects (internal and external)
