RAMINFO - Head - Corporate Communications

The Manager- Integrated and Corporate Communications and PR is critical to the evolution of Ram Info marketing organization, focusing on the Internal communications as well as social media communications, to create and oversee a 360 degree integrated communication strategy that will help position and enhance the brand equity of Ram info.

This is a global role that will be a pivotal change agent and help establish the brand equity and help drive market adoption and accelerate growth.

Responsibilities:

- The person will oversee communication programs across social, internal, external media to ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning across stakeholders, while also managing CXO communication programs.

- This is a global role that will be a pivotal change agent and help establish the brand equity and help drive market adoption and accelerate growth.

- Further PR responsibilities include: crisis management, leadership profiling and influencing the industry body PR campaign.

- Proven ability to ideate and execute feature-led corporate stories to strengthen brand positioning and prominence in market

- Establish presence and participate at industry events and seminars.

- Collaborate with HR and CSR Committee in developing the CSR Program for the organization and its communication.

- Integrated Communications including PR-MEDIA-Corporate Communications.

- Will also oversee internal communications, social media communications.

- Responsible for awards, recognition, and thought leadership positioning through Trade Media etc.

- Communication programs across social, internal, external to ensure consistent in messaging and brand positioning across stakeholders.

- Oversee CXO communication programs.

- Handle crisis communication and manage global media relations.

- Experience in handling communications and employee engagements during M&As and integrations.

- Expertise is developing media plans and media pitches; handling press conferences and crafting comprehensive and compelling media briefing dossiers

Experience: 8+ years in technology services, solutions industry
