We are looking for an outstanding manager to head our onsite consulting team in KPI, Business Intelligence and Management dashboards implementation.
- Should understand customer business & strategies
- Design & develop strategy maps/ objectives, assign KPI- s, measures & targets for Sr. management team percolating to business scorecard for corporate, region and branches
- Design Dashboards, reporting templates, MIS, exceptional reporting, etc.
- Responsible for overall integration of the product and associated Business Intelligence
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify Customer requirements, business work flow processes and key challenges to create a Business Requirements document and project plan in regards to the successful implementation of their chosen Corporate Performance Dashboard (CPD)
- Prepare a detailed project plan/s, track progress and ensure all the stakeholders are kept informed about the progress at agreed intervals.
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the program resources (systems, people and partners)
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Ensure implementation personnel are delivering objectives efficiently and effectively
- Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Applies analytical and technical thinking within areas of assigned responsibility to resolve routine client issues and challenges by identifying possible alternatives, and providing recommendations.
- Oversee User training's are delivered effectively & efficiently.
- You will also oversee the progress of operations. With a goal that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.
- Oversee the successful implementation/configuration of CPD product suite by working with Implementation Specialists
- Develop a strategy that identifies Customer critical success factors, measurable milestones, potential obstacles and recommended plan of action
- Work collaboratively with various internal team/individuals for the best interest of the customer (technical support, engineering, sales, etc.)
Qualifications:
- An MBA from a reputed University
- 6-10 years of strong customer delivery experience in managing KPI's, Business Intelligence related product implementation
- Excellent in understanding and eliciting customer requirements
- Excellent in designing implementation road maps
- Managing projects related to Corporate Performance Management dashboards including ERP, CRM, SAAS applications
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Very good experience in handling & driving multi-geo project execution personnel
- Experience working with senior executive level personnel in customer accounts
