Ramco Systems - Business Analyst - HCM Support

Business analyst role involves the following:

- SPOC for the product support to liaise with the customers

- Demo of new features in the product and provide clarifications on the usage

- Internally co-ordinate with support team on technical issues and provide appropriate reply to customers

- Own the Change Requests for the customer, and track the delivery from CR development team

- Eliciting/ simplifying requirements and Do acceptance test of the requirements

Skills Required :

- Hands on HCM implementation experience in any large HCM products like SAP/Oracle/ PeopleSoft will be an added advantage

- Client handling skills with good communication
