1. Masters in Management from Tier 1 institute with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA

2. Cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) of UGC or CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or a PhD.

Job Description

1. Demonstrate excellence in teaching

2. Integrating coursework in the learning process

3. Inspire, motivate, and empower students to think critically

4. Develop course/program curriculum

5. Do the course/program planning

6. Assess and evaluate academic progress of students.

7. Objectively evaluate students' academic progress

8. Engage in research in related field

9. Publish in scholarly journals

10. Present findings and research at academic conference

11. Mentor students regarding assignments and project work.

12. Participate and contribute in faculty meetings

13. Participate actively in university committees

14. Mentor teaching assistants and research scholars

15. Design, revise, and update courses and materials based on new developments and research findings

16. Review and consult with program and course directors, other faculty members, advisory committees, industry mentors and students.

17. Define, evaluate and validate Program Objective, Program Specific Objective and Course objectives

18. Advice and select textbooks and learning materials for courses & programs

19. To conduct and implement the scheduled instructions from the registrar office

20. Make effective use of available resources, work experience.

21. Organize Industry and field trips for students exposure

22. Contribute to student recruitment and selection, timetabling, professional development, student placements.

23. Enthusiastically serve college and community obligations

24. Use well-designed instructional material including multimedia presentations and current interactive technologies, focusing primarily on experiential and project-based learning.
