We require a senior HR manager with core competencies and skills and with the know how's of everything related to Human Resource management who will be deputed in the head office of the company and tasked with overall HR formatting and management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Talent Acquisition. - Established standard recruitment process, preparing hiring plans, working out the recruitment cycle

- Employee Relations & Communications, salary negotiation.

- Maintenance of attendance and leaves of the employees for payroll processing

- Preparation and maintenance of data related to payroll processing.

- Maintaining consistency based on timely payroll processing with zero errors

- Disbursement of salary with zero errors

- Preparation and maintenance of data related to full & final settlement of the resigned employees and coordinate with the finance department for timely payment of full & final settlement to employees.

- Generation of UAN for the Provident Fund Contribution & TIC for ESIC of the new joiners

- Submission of HR Statuary compliances & returns within a stipulated time

- Maintain statutory bonus calculation and its disbursal with zero errors

- Maintain accurate advances as per the policy and ensure deduction with zero errors

- Monitor the timely preparation of Statutory Register.

- Maintenance of all statutory forms and timely submission to the respective departments

- Recovery letter and relieving letter to be shared with the left employees. Exit interview to be conducted.

- Reconciliation of payroll with the accounts team

- Responsible for liasioning with the Departments for all statutory compliance activities(All the contractors).

- Co-ordinate with the auditors for the HR Audits

- MIS including master data and letters to be prepared and published within a stipulated time

- Smooth flow of HR rules and regulations for salary, reimbursements and TDS

- Business should be run in adherence to the statutory compliances

- Effectively manage employees issues including grievances pertaining to salary, reimbursement, F&F and taxation, Admin work, security management. Contractor labour handling.

- Supervise Housekeeping team/s, over see their daily work schedule, i.e. housekeeping activities and ensure that housekeeping standards at sites are maintained up to mark.

- Planning housekeeping duty rosters of staff for various housekeeping activities
