Head - Franchise Operations

- Manage franchise operations and academic team.

- Support and guide the franchise partner to set up the center as per the operations guide/manual.

- Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.

- Do periodic franchise audits.

- Deliver on royalty and other revenue target.

- Provide marketing strategy and support to the center for the admissions.

- Manage the franchise operations team.

- Develop a franchise on-boarding and training module.

- Setup and manage franchise monitoring system.

- Work collaboratively with, legal, IT, accounting, finance, real estate, construction, franchise sales team to provide support to franchisees.
