Strategic:- - Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. - Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. - Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. - Develop overall strategy for Rainbow preschool including expansion, revenue and margin - Prepare annual operating plan for Rainbow preschool including admission, revenue, etc. Operation:- - Delivery of AOP on admission, revenue, etc. - Develop and manage a team of Branch managers - Circulate MIS on performance to CEO/management - Marketing/Promotional activities in conjunction day-to-day school management ATTITUDINAL SKILLS REQUIRED:- - Passion for work - Leadership /Team player - Attention to detail - Problem solving - Communication FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:- - MS Excel - MS Word PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:- - Bachelor's degree/PG in operations management or related field - Experience in management, operations, and leadership - Ability to understand general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management LANGUAGE SKILLS:- - Excellent communication& interpersonal skills TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: - Upto 5%
