Role Summary (Product Manager, Food Tech): - This is a senior position. RailYatri's food delivery on trains has rapidly grown to be leader in this space. The Product Manager (Food Tech) will have the overall ownership of the product. - You will be responsible for taking our Food Delivery offerings to the next level. You- ll ensure that millions of our users have the best experience while going about their food order experience. - You should have thorough knowledge of the food tech domain, the competitive landscape and the available offerings in the market. - You should have a deep understanding of the developing &amp; intepreting consumer profiles, traveler preferences and food purchase considerations of a traveler. - You should have a view of the market trends and features that can lead the market. - RailYatri is a deep technology and data-centric organization. The position is expected to leverage our extensive data science capabilities to build product &amp; service differentiators. - The position is also responsible for defining detailed performance metrics for the product and track metrics on a regular basis. - The position will have a shared ownership of the revenue targets. - The position will own the product experience across all platform - app, mobile web &amp; desktop web. The position will work closely with engineering, marketing, data science teams. The ideal candidate will have deep and proven experience of driving innovation &amp; growth in food tech industry. Desired Experience &amp; Skills: - At least 6 years of overall experience with 3 years of Product Management in the food tech domain. Experience in train travel segment is desired, but not necessary. - Proven ability to translate consumer needs into business and product requirements. - Undersanding of consumer-facing e-commerce mobile products. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. - Should be able to think strategically and execute methodically and tactically.
