Job Description :
- Overall demand of the bus category including user acquisition, marketing & communication, ecommerce funnel, app vitals.
- Manage all micro markets demand, new acquisition and repeat behaviour - every route & origin/destination city is a micro market e.g. Bangalore-Chennai
- Specific activities include funnel optimisation, communication (in-app, notifications, emails, whatsapp, SMS), digital campaigns, product development check with tech, check daily reports and take corrective actions.
- Manage alliances to generate demand from partners
Candidate Profile :
- Experience in similar category management role esp in travel & mobility
- Strong analytical capability
- Hands on capability to manage tools like clevartap/firebase, digital marketing campaigns, internal dashboards, reporting tools
- Relevant experience of growth initiatives in travel & mobility
