Job Brief :

We are hiring a Head of Growth to build our growth team ground-up. You will be responsible to deepen the penetration of online food in trains by 10x in 12 months.

Some things you will be expected to do :

- Products: Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company

- Research: Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy

- Insights: Understand the users, create user personas and uncover unique user insights

- Strategy: Identify relevant levers in the growth equation to develop our growth strategy, which achieves our market penetration goals

- Management: Build, develop and inspire a fantastic growth team

- Customer Acquisition: Take ownership of our customer acquisition channels - paid ads, SEO, partnerships, affiliate marketing, offline marketing and influencer marketing

- Onboarding: Own and improve how we convert our site visits into customers. Working closely with the UX/UI team, you'll identify, test and roll out improvements with a focus on messaging, pricing and UX.

- Customer Retention: Ensure our customers get to their 'AHA' moment quicker, churn is kept low and LTV is increased

- Analysis: Use GA, HotJar and Mixpanel to measure and improve CAC, MRR and LTV

Key Requirements :

- Leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who's been solely responsible for growth at their company and now looking for their first managerial role

- Demonstrable experience of influencing growth

- A data first approach

- You are solid at First Principles Thinking & problem solving

- Advanced user of analytics tools - Google Analytics, HotJar, Mixpanel.

- You have completed Reforge - Growth or GrowthX or similar; Reforge - Advanced Growth is an added advantage

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
