Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees. Job Description: - Responsible for monitoring, planning, executing and managing of operations at all dialysis centres operated by the firm - To maintain and develop business growth in accordance with strategy - To identify the underperforming centers and develop strategies for turnaround - Responsible for implementation, review and monitoring of SOP- s - Provide management with monthly progress report for all centres - Administration and implementation of all admin, HR, accounts activities - Responsible for troubleshooting operational issues - Liasoning with government, private agencies and hospitals - Would be required to travel extensively to physically monitor operations - Sharply lead the firm in complex and very dynamic markets and grow the business - Ability to work under stressful situations and problem solve.
