Jobs Responsibilities :
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Updating Accounts Receivable and Issue Invoices.
- Ensuring timely & accurate entry of Accounts Payable Invoices.
- Assist in the processing of Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and other Financial Statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups.
- Ensures month-end journals, documentation and bank reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation on a timely and accurate basis.
- Keep records of all banking transactions including cash transactions.
- Proper checking of all the bills related to conveyance, tours & travels, purchase, admin, etc.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Data Preparation for C Form, F Form, and WCT certificate.
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
- Keep up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation.
- Acts in an ethical way when dealing with company assets and other people.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures and the corporate Code of Conduct.
- Managing and verifying the daily operations of the accounts department including :
a. Sale Invoice/Purchase Bills/RA Bills/Maintenance Bills/Reimbursements
b. AP/AR/GA
c. Cash Receipts and Cash Flow Statements
d. Ledger Scrutiny
e. Salary and F&F Preparation
f. Capital Asset Reconciliations & Bank Reconciliation
