Primary Responsibilities:  - To ensure P&L achievement and ensure smooth & effective operations in the city.  - To ensure that the top-line and the bottom-line targets of the station are achieved.   - Build radio as a category both at the listener and advertiser level  - To train, develop and guide team members reporting to him / her to achieve station objectives. Following up and ensuring timely collection of monies.   - To build the image of the Radio Station through planned PR interventions and relationship with other media and media houses in the city.  - To formulate strategies, explore new business avenues and new markets for radio.  - To train, develop and guide team members reporting to him / her to achieve station objectives.  - To ensure implementation of systems and procedures as formalized by corporate.  Other Requirements:  - Must have good communication skills and a team handling experience  - Must be fluent in Telugu  - MBA in Sales/ Marketing/ Operations
