Qualification and Experience Required :

Educational qualification : MBA - HR

Work experience : 8 to 9 years in HR with specific experience in HR automation, HR MIS projects and compensation and benefits.

Primary Responsibility :

- Manage the performance appraisal process of the Company

- Manage HR Operations - payroll, off boarding and other operations processes

- Responsible for identifying and undertaking automation of HR processes

- Giving inputs on better utilization of HR SAP

- HR MIS

- Manage benefits policies for the Company

- Keep a track of HR related costs and budget
