Purpose Of The Job : To manage Information System for coordination of all India Sales, Scheduling & Programming and also manage the relations with the customers.
Responsibilities :
Primary responsibility :
To serve as the contact point :
- To serve as a one-point contact of the all India sales force. This includes providing the any information like programme CDs, contest details, details about some client etc. that one station requires from other station.
- To serve as a one-point contact between all India Sales & all India scheduling to ensure that the information is exchanged thoroughly, thus ensuring smooth operations post closure sales deals.
- To serve as a one-point contact between all India sales and all India programming by providing programme CDs, updated FPCs (Fixed Program Charts), contests, promos etc.
To manage customer relations :
- To create, maintain and update clients and agency database including client mapping charts.
- To provide any data pertaining to radio and Radio Mirchi to the clients
- To keep the clients/agencies informed on the latest happenings at Radio Mirchi like research findings, events, developments etc.
Other responsibilities :
To prepare documents :
- To prepare presentations for sales presentations, internal presentations and any other presentations, which are required.
- To prepare all India weekly sales report, sponsorship status report, client-tracking report etc
- To set up standard operating procedures for the sales and scheduling persons to follow
- To prepare special packages for a specific day or event for the sales persons.
- This will comprise of the details of the event, programs on air on that day, what the sponsor will get as a part of the deal and the cost of sponsorship.
