Responsibilities: - Partnering with business heads and senior management to provide advisory services, support and delivery in key aspects of HR for the Region - Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy for the region - Responsible for manpower planning, sourcing and on-boarding by building a pipeline through employer branding and developing external relationships. - Engage & Support business units & impact HR elements of business through regular R&R activation, sharing of key HR MIS & Proactively solving for people issues - Work with the business leaders in Identifying high potentials and developing appropriate Career Progression plans & recommending role changes. - Partnering with line managers & business heads to retain and keep the high performers & critical team members engaged - Identify and Activate Training interventions for the Region and enable learning outcomes to be achieved. Be responsible for ensuring the training metrics are met - Effectively handle the Performance Management Cycle for the region including recommending compensation corrections & promotions - Lead a team of 2-3 people to make sure that the HR interface with business aids in driving business objectives Work Experience: - Should be in a business partner/recruitment / generalist role for at least 3 years - Should have had extensive experience in hiring for junior to middle management levels - including managing multiple channels of hiring & across multiple levels / profiles - Should have handled areas related to deciding compensation, and handled employee issues as a business partner Key Skills Reqd - Excellent verbal & written communication - High on Initiative & Curiosity Quotient - Engaging Personality with high energy levels - approachable & able to relate to multiple levels of workforce. Role will require a moderate travel of about 4 - 6 days in a month - Hand on in terms of approach to work with an ability to get into details as needed. Will be working on various recruitment, training & retention related targets. So the role will require intense engagement with external & internal stakeholders - Numerical Felicity & MS office Skills should be above average
