Job Description: 1. Responsibilities: Responsible for all marketing activities for - product strategy formulation, marketing operations, ATL & BTL activities. In each role, will interact with National Marketing Head and others. 2. Has to work closely with programming to decide overall content strategy (while not being involved in day to day content) & to drive on-air & on-ground promotion of the same. 3. Must have strong marketing credentials - should be able to design, direct and interpret market research, drive marketing communications, handle PR etc 4. Should be comfortable handling and interpreting large volumes of data. 5. Reports into: National Marketing Head. 6. Reportees: Matrix reporting - Marketing Manager of stations report to their respective Cluster Heads with dotted line reporting to Marketing Manager Requirements: 1. Looking for people who are quick on the - learnability- quotient - i.e can adapt to changes drawing upon core concepts & past experiences. 2. Strong leaders. Well read. Worldly wise. Extrovert personality. Ability to deal with multiple disciplines/levels.
