Responsibilities :
- Achievement of both top-line and bottom line targets for the business
- Ideation, development and delivery of the events in liaison with the local teams
- Ensuring excellent consumer experience
- Selling sponsorships and developing client relationships working with the sales teams
- Driving ticket sales by working out effecting promotional plans
- Manage artist negotiations and relationships
- Develop and establish vendor relationships while driving cost savings
- Dealing exclusively with conceptualization and execution of Live entertainment events (with focus on Musical Concerts) across the country.
Key Traits :
- Premier business school MBA with 6 years plus experience in Sales or Marketing (not trade marketing)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Project management experience
- Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and diplomacy
- Strong communication, teamwork and negotiation skills
- Sales and/or marketing skills
- The ability to manage budgets
- A flexible and adaptable approach.
