- Manage the expansion projects of setting up offices, studios, transmission towers and integration of Radio services. The job includes Broadcast management, integration, infrastructure setup, telecommunication and vendor management and execution.
- Budget management, management alignment, oversee the project, supervise the project for execution within the planned timeframe, cost and resource utilization
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and business requirement and define business metric to projects
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Determine the resources required (time, people, money, equipment, management decision making) to complete the project
- Develop a schedule for project completion and develop work breakdown structure that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
- Ability to present project progress using various project management tools including MS projects
- Periodic review post presentation of the project to the management and other stake holders
- Review project schedule and resource / time / cost requirement post approval based on the internal policy and revise the project plan post approval
- Determine the objectives and measures / metrics upon which the project performance will be measured and evaluate the project basis the same
- Alignment of stakeholders and project team members to make sure that the project performance in accordance with the project plan happens
- Ensure execution of the project in accordance with project plan.
- Develop forms and records to document project activities. Manage secured and proper maintenance of documents, forms and records to make sure that they are available readily.
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders and other key members of the project
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
- Monitor cash flow projections and liaison with finance team for appropriate management of cash
- Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
- Previous experience in handling projects for broadcast companies - TV, Radio, Telecommunication will be preferred
- Knowledge of Project management procedures. PMP certification ideal
