Mirchi is looking at hiring Sales team members in their new division Mirchi Catalyst
About Mirchi Catalyst
This division caters to sponsorship selling of third party events (non Mirchi). The market offers opportunities in the event space of entertainment. While Mirchi caters to only certain kinds of events and sponsors, Catalyst has open grounds for its functioning.
- Bridge the gap between a great event and a sponsor's brand objective-
- Provide a wide array of events to a wider range of sponsors and hence securing the right sponsorship for either of them, thereby creating a win-win situation for the 3 parties involved- Mirchi Catalyst, The Event agency & The Sponsor
- Events like Concert tours (eg.Wadali brothers 5 city tour), Comedy tours (BB Ki Vines India tour 11cities, Sunil Grover 5 city tour ), Premium sporting events like golf, biking marathons, Marathons, Food & Music Fests like Dandiya in Gujarat, Premium Pub activation series, Panel discussion events etc are currently a part of the Catalyst kitty.
- The vision of the division is to become a 100-crore division in the next 3 years with a healthy profitability margin. FICCI reports 98% Growth in IPs over last year. Event Industry is growing at a 25% rate, which gives us the confidence of emerging as the winner in event sponsorship sales.
Job Description
Experience: 3-4 Years in an event sponsorship sales in Delhi/Mumbai
A catalyst team members prime USP is ability to sell sponsorship. He/she should have a reasonably strong client relationships in the market of his/her operation. Sound sense of judging opportunity and presenting the right solution (in form of the right event). Experience in selling events will be an added advantage. Ambitious enough to make a mark in a start-up scenario.
Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
