Job Responsibilities: - Providing revenue driven creative solutions &amp; services to assigned brands. - Making pro active pitches with the sales team for special days, QOPs. - Contributing to QOPs by providing category creative solutions for key categories - Proposing sustainable annual properties and post conversion monitoring the execution. - Monitoring competition for things that they are doing for assigned brands and creating better proposals. - Monthly review of pitches for the quality, conversion and feedback from the client with Business Leaders. Job Requirements - Possess excellent design flair, creative, positive attitude with a good eye for details. - Masters in Mass Comm with 6 - 8 yrs of relevant experience. - Work with speed and meet deadlines. - Good interpersonal skills, target oriented, enthusiastic, confident and good team-player, potential to grow to team lead role. Desired Profile :&nbsp; - Person with excellent ideation &amp; copy, marketing and presentation skills. - Must have creative and brand solutions background. - Passionate about advertising, marketing and creative execution of ideas. - Must be a people's person with excellent creative leadership qualities.
