Designation: Sr. Manager - Creative Solutions

Responsibilities:

- Strong Advertising/Branded Content Background

- Drive the creative vision for the content team, including maximizing the effectiveness of the content, and monetizing/co-branding/sponsorship of content

- Responsible for thinking of new ideas for company driver annual content plan

- Providing revenue driven creative solutions & services to assigned brands.

- Proposing sustainable annual properties and post conversion monitoring the execution.

- Monitoring competition for assigned brands and creating competetive proposals.

- Should be able to guide team in converting brand briefs into result oriented creative solutions

- Developing highly effective and original content

- Making pro active pitches in coordinationwith the sales team for special days

- Good Sense Of Digital Execution.

Job Requirements

- Possess excellent design flair, creative, positive attitude with a good eye for details.

- Experience in successfully leading teams

- MBA with 8+ years of post qualification work experience in media.

- Work with speed and meet deadlines.

- Perform well in a fast paced environment.

- Good interpersonal skills, target oriented, enthusiastic, confident and good team-player
