Job Description :

- Sell advertising air time on the radio stations to current and potential customers

- Prospect and sell new advertising to the station

- Learn and understand the radio business and industry

- Prepare and present presentations to customers and potential customers

- Be an efficient and organized time manager

- Provide high level of customer service to various agency and retail customers

- Create effective promotions

- Integrate yourself between departments within our company

- Take initiative toward solving problems and recommending creative advertising solutions

Desired Skills & Qualification :

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales - Preferred industries - Media / Telecom / Insurance / Banking/ others (Media Sales experience preferred )

- Full time MBA from a reputed Institute

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills with zeal to drive revenue for the assigned location

- Highly enthusiastic and ability to navigate on self
