Duties & Responsibilities : The duties and responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:- - Taking care of Marketing Responsibilities of the radio division of Reliance Broadcast Network Limited- 92.7 BIG FM - Assist in developing Annual Marketing Plans and communication strategies for driving AOP/QOP spikes & boost revenue opportunities - Conceptualizing and executing Annual Operating Plans with relation to Activations, Brand Associations, Events, IP's, Celebrity Shows & Promotional launches. - Exploring Alliances for on air/on-ground radio gratifications through co-branded properties and leveraging on our brand reach. - Work closely with Advertising & Creative Agencies for the look and feel of the brand. - Analyzing Radio Audience Measurement (RAM) statistics & coming up with strategies for future content, activations & spikes - Planning and implementing the Street Level Activation calendar which adds up to the market share of listenership - Develop and implement specific marketing activities for Trade & Affiliates to build the brand perception and keeping them informed on all brand initiatives. - Driving PR for the brand through press briefing, releases, conferences, and industry events & coordination for post-event coverage's - Strategizing Social Media Strategies & ensuring daily traffic on sites through regular posts & contests - Responsible for the entire BTL Activation conceptualization, vendor selection, costing, creative, entire execution, maintaining quality & budgets.
