We are presently providing Call Center/BPO & Technology services to various industries i.e. Travel /Hospitality & Aviation, E-Commerce, Logistics, Food Aggregators, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Online Gaming/Education, Government/PSU sectors etc. which includes but not limited to their customer service processes cater over Voice, Chat, E-Mail, Backoffice, CRM/Dashboards etc.

Radical Minds urgently requires :- AGM/GM - Network & Cyber Security

- You should have extensive hands-on experience on repute brand's Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IDS/IPS which includes but not limited to fantastic troubleshooting skills on cyber security, cyber attack, complex static/dynamic Routing, VLAN, VPN, various Firewalls with advanced level IDS/IPS hands-on experience, QOS configuration/troubleshooting on Routers/Switches/Firewalls etc.

- Preferred network & security leader should also have experience on Telecom domain which includes but not limited to MPLS/P2P, PRI/SIP, Dialer, IVR, Call Loggers etc.

- Should have outstanding leadership abilities, self motivator, able to handle internal & external clients with accountability & ownership qualities.

- It would be an advantage if you are capable of developing effective ISMS policies and procedures, documentation and specifications related to company's overall Information Security. (but above Networking & Security hands-on experience is must)

Main KRAs & Skills requirements:

- Should be presently working as Sr. Manager or above with mandatory Network & Security hands-on experience.

- Should have more than 12+ years of IT experience with a proven track record.

- Should have good communication & presentations skills.

- Should able to manage both internal & external clients.

- Should be flexible in nature.

- Should able to join ASAP
