- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive health data.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

6. Collaboration with Leadership:

1. Proven Technology Leadership:

- Demonstrated experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the health tech or related industry. Leading Android App development experience a must, preferably including hands-on experience.

2. Educational Background:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3. Strategic Thinker:

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

4. Innovative Mindset:

- A proven track record of driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge technologies.

5. Team Leadership:

- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing and developing high-performance teams.

6. Regulatory Knowledge:

- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards, with a focus on data security and privacy.

7. Excellent Communication:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
