Job Title: Area Head / Regional Manager / National Manager (Team Handling- can be discussed)

Reporting To: Director

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing new clients and ensuring consistent flow of new revenue for company.

- Build and develop team, enhance team motivation and productivity levels.

- Customer acquisition and building dealer / Channel network.

- Generate activity and sales report as per Company requirement.

- Develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry.

Candidate's Profile :

Academic Background: Graduate (MBA will be an added advantage)

Work Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales /Direct Sales

- Must have experience of Cable TV Industry / Market

- Candidates having experience of Optical fibre product will be preferred .

Personality and skill sets:

- Team handling skill traits

- Relationship Management.

- Communication / presentation skills.
