SAP CRM technical Consultant
Purpose of the Job: To provide development support to SAP CRM and ECC modules.
Minimum work experience and Mandatory skills:- 4 to 6 years of overall experience in SAP ABAP CRM Technical with at least one End-to-End implementation, upgrade and rollout projects experience in ECC and CRM modules.
- Should have in-depth knowledge on CRM WebUI Framework, BSP application and MVC architecture.
- Good experience in CRM Web UI enhancements, GENIL, BOL programming, component workbench, AET, OOABAP, BAPI, BADI, Enhancement framework, Smart forms, Adobe forms, Web Dynpro ABAP and Module pool programming.
- Should be able to work with interfaces like webservices to integrate with third-party systems.
- Good knowledge in Middleware monitoring and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge on Performance tuning and debugging techniques.
- Good functional knowledge on CRM Sales & Service modules along with ECC SD and MM modules.
- Good coordination with Team Lead, Functional consultants and Key users.
- Good Analytical and Communication skills.
Key Deliverables of the Job:- SAP Implementation, Rollout, Upgrade & Support Projects.
- Identify and support production issues in a timely manner.
- Process oriented controls, validations and necessary enhancements and developments
- Bug fixing.
- Documentation.
