Head of Talent Acquisition
We are looking to hire a Head of Recruitment for one our clients, an aggressively growing, Hyderabad based IT services firm.
This role requires working from the office.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Drive high volume hiring in the IT services space.
- Collaborating with the hiring managers to devise a strong on-time hiring strategy based on business projections.
- Handle a team of 6-10 recruiters and monitor their KPIs on a periodic basis.
- Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements
- Establish scalable network and strong selection process ensuring the right talent is getting in to the organization
- Manager the source mix with an eye on cost per hire.
- Design metrics to measure and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Guide the team around key priorities and goals.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates with 12-15 years of experience in IT Hiring
- Should have prior experience leading a team for a minimum of 2-3 yrs.
- Impeccable spoken and written communication skills.
- Stake Holder Management.
- Any experience in hiring for integration tools will be a huge advantage.
