About Raaho

We're the digital brokers in the trucking industry who want to reduce the carbon footprint and increase the efficiency of a truck. We want to see trucks moving with full truckloads both to and fro, and for this we are creating India's largest digital freight network - one truck at a time! We help load shippers discover trucks nearby and we help truckers discover loads nearby - we're on our way to be the Uber for Trucks. We're Raaho - the next generation logistics management stack, bringing shippers, carriers, and drivers on the same platform.

At 4+ years of age, we have grown 5 times in the last 9 months itself and more than 10 times in the last 24 months! We have worked with thousands of truckers and Trucks with Raaho loads have traveled 50 million kms (equivalent of 1000+ times round the Earth!). Roles & Responsibilities:

- Regular Visits to Customers & Suppliers for Business Development

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Create Pipeline of Customer base - Suspect / Cold / Warm / Hot

- Onboard Customers and ensure Seamless Experience in 1st 3 trips

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to Company processes and policies -established rules and guidelines

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people

- Forecast Daily / Weekly / Monthly sales numbers

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

- Proven sales track record

- Experience in customer support is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Market knowledge

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills

- Proficiency in English
