Years of Exp - 7 to 11 yrs

Qualification - Any graduation

Position Description - Manager - R2R

Note - Notice Period should not be more than 1 month and it should be buyable.

Shift Timings - 6PM- 3 AM : 7PM - 4AM

- Strong Accounting concepts / knowledge

- Prior working knowledge in SAP /Oracle 11 ERP.

- Good MS-Excel Knowledge.

- Ability to work under pressure

- Through end to end process knowledge in GL (Closing , Reporting, Consolidation, Cash & Banking, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations,

- Exposure to Tax & Treasury Activities

- Should independently handle all type of queries from People/Client/Management

- Good presentation skills.

- Eager to take up new initiatives and process improvements.

- Should independently prepare reports/dashboards and analyze the contents

- Good people management and presentation skills.

- Ability to create strong controlled process environment and adherence to controls and compliances.

- Maintain DTP’s and versions

- Willingness to work in Night shifts

- Excellent Client Management Abilities

- Exposure to Account Management
