About the role:
This is a newly created and highly visible role that will help our business scale-up effectively and efficiently. You will support the GM - Corporate Scaling create transparency, accountability, and agility across the business. You will build and manage processes and scorecards around Corporate strategy and Workforce planning.
Key Functional Responsibilities :
This role is a highly visible, key contributor role that will enable the senior leadership team to take right decisions at the right time to scale-up the business. Some of your key responsibilities will include
Corporate Strategy -
- Work with the General Manager - Corporate scaling to establish a Corporate strategy deployment framework
- Collaborate with the senior leadership of the business to review progress against the strategic roadmap and consult on course-corrections
- Maintain a single-source-of truth on progress
- Closely monitor progress, develop, and publish leadership report-packs that outline the progress and early-warning of challenges ahead
- Engage with US based stakeholders to understand priorities and seek strategic alignment
- Take ownership of and manage key - critical-to-succeed- projects
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Work with the business teams to gather requirements
- Engage business leaders and other stakeholders during the IBP to collaboratively create a plan of action
- Take ownership of all resource related information and create a single-source-of-truth about the IBP process and outcomes
- Create and manage a resource planning model that provides transparent visibility of requirements and plan of action

Qualifications & Skills
Must haves
- Education: Post Graduate degree in business from a top business school and a BE / BTech / CA
- Overall 2-4 years- progressive experience in Project Management, Resource Planning, Corporate Strategy
- Exposure to leading technology solutions in Resource Planning & Management (SAP, Oracle etc)
- Demonstrable experience of leading key initiatives, projects and making a meaningful impact
Nice-to-have
- MBA from top-tier Business school in the UK or USA
- Six Sigma Green belt
- Exposure to multiple industry sectors
