About the role :
This is a newly created and highly visible role that will help our business scale-up effectively and efficiently. You will focus on driving transparency, accountability and agility across the business. You will take ownership of three key areas: Corporate Strategy, Resource planning and Work migrations
Key Functional Responsibilities :
The role will work towards enabling the R1 India leadership team make right decisions at the right time through
Corporate Strategy
- Collaborate with India leadership team to develop India growth strategy, road-map and strategic imperatives
- Engage with external organizations including but not limited to industry bodies, consultants, educational institutes; to develop a comprehensive market map
- Help drive transparency and accountability of progress on the strategic imperatives through a robust measurement framework and a diligent reporting cadence
- Take ownership and deliver some of - must-win- strategic programs to help build a best-in-class business
- Consult with the leaders to help address some of the key challenges they face
Integrated Business planning (IBP)
- Develop and establish a best-in-class IBP framework that will help leaders make timely and accurate decisions on all forms of resources: headcount, locations, facility and IT infrastructure needs
- Define resource requirement and utilization metrics, design and deploy a technology solution that measures on-going resource utilization
- Collaborate with stakeholders - operations, finance, recruitment, IT infrastructure and facility management to define their need-for-action
- Maintain a single-source-of truth on all resourcing related metrics
- Own and run a monthly resource planning process, report out the outcomes and drive accountability of decisions and actions
- Help identify opportunities to improve India business profitability
Work Migration
- Strategize and identify potential opportunities to improve business profitability through transitioning work to India delivery center
- Drive planned work transitions for business enabling functions - Procurement, Finance and HR
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Take ownership of completing all transitions within planned time-frame and set quality standards

Qualifications & Skills:
Must haves
- Education: Post Graduate degree in business from a top business school and a BE / BTech / CA
- Overall 6-9 years- progressive experience in Project Management, Resource Planning, Corporate Strategy, Project transitions
- Exposure to leading technology solutions in Resource Planning & Management (SAP, Oracle etc.)
- Demonstrable experience of leading key initiatives, projects and making a meaningful impact
Nice-to-have
- MBA from top-tier Business school in the UK or USA
- Demonstrable experience of working with Senior leadership teams in developing and deploying strategic imperatives using tools like OGSM
- Six Sigma Black belt
- Exposure to multiple industry sectors
