Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and technical needs.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.

- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services to effectively address client inquiries and provide technical guidance.

- Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their specific technical requirements.

- Manage the successful implementation of products or services, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

- Coordinate with internal technical teams to align solutions with client needs.

- Proactively identify and address technical issues, providing troubleshooting support to resolve challenges promptly.

- Work closely with clients to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations.

- Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, issue resolution, and upcoming developments.

- Advocate for customer needs within the organization, collaborating with product and development teams to enhance offerings based on client feedback.

- Strive to exceed customer expectations, fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

- Proven experience in a client-facing technical role.

- Strong understanding of the company's products/services and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Project management experience, ensuring successful project delivery.

- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
