Qwixpert is a management consulting setup with an exciting engagement model. We are looking for a senior supply chain consultant to join our team to drive supply chain projects independently. Responsibilities will include : - Lead a team in delivering supply chain consulting projects - Working collaboratively with industry experts in the development of and delivery of recommendations - Work with leadership team in building supply chain practice : Develop Thought Capital, project credentials and industry primers to build Qwixpert brand among industry circles Must Skillset : - In depth understanding of supply chain: procurement, manufacturing, inventory planning, logistics and warehousing. - Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills - Ability to assess technical information to distill the key strategic insights and convey these succinctly, clearly and confidently orally and in written form. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education / professional qualifications : - MBAs with Engineering UG from leading Indian/International educational institutions Prior Experience : - 4-8 years with supply chain consulting or supply chain function in 2-3 industries. Supply chain consulting experience would be an ideal fit. Behavioural/team skills : - Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations - Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations - Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently - The goal was driven - should be focused on helping clients meet their requirements - by developing answers and solutions when client requirement remains unclear / changes, and by providing relevant insights and key questions to fit the client objective Location : Bangalore/Gurgaon/Kolkata Selection Methodology : Online test, Case Interviews (virtual followed by face to face)
