Qwixpert is a boutique management consulting firm. Our management team has Tier-1 consulting (Accenture Strategy, Miebach) and industry leadership experience (Dr. Reddy's, Pepsi, Flipkart). Our clients are from consumer and industrial products sectors. Our services include business strategy, revenue growth and profitability improvement across the value chain of an organization.

As a Principal Consultant at Qwixpert, you will be a part of a team of highly skilled and experienced consultants who work with clients to solve complex business problems. You will be responsible for leading and managing consulting engagements, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients. In addition, you will contribute to the development of new methodologies and tools, and participate in business development activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of consulting experience, with specialisation in Supply Chain Domain. He/She should also have experience leading and managing teams, as well as developing and presenting proposals.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and needs

- Develop project proposals and plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements

- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget

- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, analysts, and specialists

- Conduct research and analysis to support project work

- Write reports and other project-related documentation

- Present findings and recommendations to clients

- Build and maintain relationships with clients

- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments

- Identify new business opportunities for the firm

- Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing and presentations

- Manage own workload and contribute to the overall success of the team

Required Skills and Qualifications

- MBA from Tier-1 B-School

- 8+ years in a management consulting role with a focus on strategy and supply chain

- Proven ability to lead and manage team of consultants

- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and writing skills

- Deep experience engaging and managing diverse senior stakeholders (Business/ IT heads, C-suites) to deliver tangible business outcomes/goals

- Experience working through organizational change, developing, and implementing creative solutions.

- Experience with shaping/structuring /sales/selling new deals is a major plus point

Deep domain knowledge in at least three of the following area:

- Supply Chain Planning: S&OP process, inventory planning, manufacturing planning, dispatch planning, etc.

- Lean Manufacturing: Implementation of lean principles in manufacturing and service operations set up. LSS certification is a big plus but not a must.

- Warehousing and Intralogistics Automation: process and infrastructure design, nuances of WMS, process improvement

- Procurement cost reduction: commodity as well as engineered goods

- Logistics Network Optimisation: ability to build optimiser, use and modify existing tools

- Sustainability: energy usage reduction, alternate energy, carbon credits, reduction of non-recyclable material, etc.
