VP Operations (4-15 yrs)

We at Yumlane (www.yumlane.in) are building India's first FMCG food category and Design minimalistic Operations Strategies to grow and improve the distribution of products.

- Can handle the exponential growth rate and scale a team from scratch.

- Manage Geographical Expansion in area/cities to increase consumer reach and serviceability.

- Oversees, manages and plans the distribution.

- Make processes to make operations seamless and efficient.

- Should work cohesively with Technology and product teams to help technology enabled Operational excellence.

- Use analytical skills to identify continuous improvement opportunities provide solutions and implement changes quickly.

Requirement :

- Experience with FMCG or supply chain and distribution heavy industry.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Loves operational challenges and can lead a team to solve it.

- Modeling and projection skill is a must.

Salary: 15L-25L and ESOPs on offer.
