Job Description : Role : Product Manager Department : Product Management Education : B.E/BTech + MBA Experience : 6 - 10 years of experience in product management Reports To : Head of Product Management Supervises : None Role Summary : Define the roadmap for the product in alignment with the product vision and strategy and lead cross functional teams from product conceptualization till launch Key Responsibilities : - Gather and analyse business intelligence from the market, competition and internal stakeholders - Recommend present and future product lines and product ideas based on the analysis - Create the product roadmap, product stories and points of sale for the product in alignment with the relevant stakeholders - Define the scope of product enhancements, new features and product functionalities - Create and implement a well-defined project plan with clear deliverables, priorities and timelines - Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports, analyse and share insights - Maintain end to end technical documentation as per defined standards Functional Competence : - Market Intelligence - Product Knowledge - Analytical Thinking - Planning and Prioritising - Stakeholder Management
