QwikCilver - Business Analyst

Experience Required:

1. Upto 2 years of experience in a similar role in an E-Commerce, retail company or a CRM/data-driven/direct marketing agency.

2. Minimum qualification - Graduation

Responsibilities :

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

2. Maintain complete customer database and identify ways to improve the quality of database.

3. Creating and regularly updating various customer segments based on RFM, demographic parameters etc.

4. Closely monitor daily sales, transactions, traffic, new registrations etc. and identify contributing factors and ways to improvise.

5. Calculate & analyze MOM Sales, Margin, PG charges and other key metrices which can be directly represented to upper management.

6. Closely work with program manager to analyze and design promotional offers for customer engagement & acquisition.

7. Engage with reports team to monitor the existing reports and generating new reports that fulfills business needs.

8. Analyze these reports and identify key insights which can be used as a direct input to take business decisions.

CRM, Campaign Planning & deployment :

1. Day to day planning, designing and executing communication campaigns which includes email, sms, App push, Web push, App pop up, Web pop up etc.

2. A/B testing, Identify and target relevant customer segments with creative communication.

3. Analyze and monitor effectiveness of the campaigns through dashboards & imbedding UTM.

4. Monitor and analyze the feedback received from customers through feedback surveys and email replies.

Skills Required :

1. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of advance excel (Pivot table, Vlookup etc.) & MS Access.

2. Ability to quickly and easily manipulate data to perform analysis.

3. Excellent oral and written communication.

4. Comfortable in working on CRM tools like Clevertap & analytics tool like Google analytics

5. Working knowledge of HTML and SQL is preferred.
