Designation : Manager - Key Client Relations Experience : 3 to 7 years Job Description : 1. Build a growth system and customer service system of key users, guide the product technology to build a corresponding product ecosystem. 2. Responsible for customer service of key users, always keep key users engaged through product and events. 3. Analyzing key users data and key users behavior, undertake behavioral intervention at appropriate time, to decrease key users churn and improve revenue of paying users. 4. Design exclusive activities and special gifts for key customers, feedback on users' requests to agencies and broadcasters 5. Introduce different loyalty programs to develop and retain key customers. 6. Consistently monitor key users issues, ideas and feedback, document them and respond back with effective solutions in a timely manner. 7. Ensure seamless experiences for key customers and establish a customer service approach that engages key customers across multiple channels. 8. Provide strategic guidance to key users strategies for the purpose of driving maximum ROI 9. Planning and execution of various offline events for key users; 10. Managing large budgets - online &amp; offline marketing 11. Initiate and drive an interactive platform/chat group for app users and keep it lively. 12. Responsible to manage key users operation's team. 13. Planning and execution of various offline events for key users. Job requirements : 1. Live audio and video live broadcast products, can analyze the advantages and disadvantages of products clearly, can analyze the needs of paying users at all levels. 2. Good at data analysis and team communication. 3. Have a strong driving ability across oversea team and handle work pressure. 4. English and Hindi proficient are preferred. 5. Good at building team cohesion and have certain team influence. 6. Previous experience in a key users services &amp; customer Support is a plus. 7. Relationship driven personality with a history of direct client management experience.
