Experience: 4 to 8 Years (In sales of building material/ceramic wall & floor tiles)

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Job Description:

- Achieving sales target on monthly/yearly basis with direct reporting to the director.

- Leading & motivating sales force and to act as a facilitator for achieving sales target of sales personnel.

- Drive business through increasing sales network and managing existing distributor network of the employer (company).

- Receivable management with timely collection of payment from dealers and distributors with focus on proper record keeping.

Salary: Existing salary drawn by the applicant + Increment.
