Job Description :

A team member who runs the Finance and accounts functions and all the Statutory Compliances of Clients. Providing guidance on all matters of compliance, as well as enforcing the law in all its aspects, at all levels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to provide insights for decision-making.

- Monitor financial KPIs and report on the financial health of the company to senior management.

- Prepare and oversee the group of companies' financial statements, consolidation, related party transactions, Intangible assets, unearned unbilled reconciliation and timely reports.

- Knowledge of IND-AS and regulatory requirements of India. (US and UK regulatory knowledge will be value addition)

- Manage Statutory audits, Due Diligence, and compliance filings in collaboration with Big4 auditors.

- Manage cash flow and liquidity by optimizing working capital and overseeing cash reserves.

- Assess financial risks and develop strategies or risk management policies to mitigate them.

- Preparing monthly Cost Centre MIS, building cross-functional relations and streamlining processes.

- Prepare financial forecasts and conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of various economic factors on the company's financial performance.

- Negotiate terms and contracts with cross-functionals, vendors and customers to optimize company benefits.

- Continuous review of debtors and creditors ageing for timely collection and payments.

- Knowledge of monthly compliances of GST, TDS, Transfer Pricing, 15CA/CB etc. and ensure timely reporting with consultants.

- Application Software -MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoho and Quickbook

- Good communication skills
