Right now, we are looking for a head of Admin and Travel to lead our growing admin team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, travel management companies, etc.
- Creating, optimizing, and monitoring corporate travel policies
- Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health and security standards
Skills and Qualification
- 5 years of experience as an Administration Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Experience in travel and visa management processes
- Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs, and currencies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Very good understanding of office management processes, audit experience is a plus
