Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of business analysts in the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define business strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
- Develop and maintain a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve business processes.
- Mentor and coach junior business analysts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce analytics and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2-3 years of leadership experience.
- Proven track record of success in delivering impactful business solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with building and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience with change management.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce business models and operations.
