Quince - Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Work with large and complex data sets to extract valuable insights and inform critical business decisions

- Develop and implement advanced data analysis techniques and models to support business operations and growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making

- Work with the data engineering team to guide the development and maintenance of models and dash boards based on Looker

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Continuously improve processes and systems for data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

- 2-8 years of experience

- Strong background in data analysis, with experience working with large and complex datasets

- Past work experience in international eCommerce/retail companies will be preferred

- Proficiency in using statistical software and tools, and experience working with data bases and SQL

- Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
